The North America Continent
There are 23 Officially recognised independent countries in the North America Continent, The smallest country is the Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Largest country is Canada, followed by the United States of America, Both Countries occupy over 79% of the Continent area.
The Borders of the continent surrounded by the Pacific Ocean from the west and south, the Arctic Ocean from the north, the Atlantic Ocean from the east and has an overland border with South America Continent.
North America is part of whats known as the ‘Americas’ which is split into South America and North America. The Continent of North America is around 17% of the total land area on planet Earth.
The Main languages spoken in North America are: English, Spanish and French.
